How to cancel a booking
How to cancel a booking on Turinity while you're inside your cancellation window, and how refunds work if your plans change.
Every activity on Turinity has its own cancellation policy, set by the operator who runs it. You saw that policy before you confirmed your booking, and it's the rule that applies if your plans change.
Find your cancellation window
Your cancellation window is how far ahead of the activity you can cancel and still get your money back. It can be as short as 24 hours or as long as a month, depending on the activity.
You can see the exact deadline on your booking. Some activities are non-refundable. If yours is one of them, the booking says so and there's no cancel option.
How to cancel
While you're inside the cancellation window, you can cancel the booking yourself.
First, open your booking. If you made it with a Turinity account, sign in to find it. If you booked as a guest, or you can't see a cancel option, go to turinity.com/find-booking and enter your details to find it.
Once the booking is open, use the cancel button and confirm. Any payment you've made for it is refunded in full, and there's nothing left to pay. You don't need to contact the operator or write to us first.
After the deadline
Don't miss your cancellation window
A window that has closed can't be reopened. As soon as your plans change, cancel the booking so you're still inside it.
After the window closes, the cancel button disappears from your booking and the booking is no longer refundable. A no-show works the same way: if you don't show up for the activity, there's no refund.
If the operator cancels
Sometimes an operator has to cancel an activity themselves. Bad weather or a safety problem can make it impossible to run safely. If that happens to your booking, you won't pay anything for it, and any payment you've already made is refunded in full.
