Where to find your meeting point and time, what to show, and how to reach the operator if you need to.

Once your booking is confirmed, everything you need for the day is on your booking page on Turinity, in your confirmation email, and in the PDF voucher. Here's what to look for.

Where to go

You can find your meeting point (or your pickup point, if your activity uses pickup) on the activity page, in your confirmation email, on the booking page, and in the PDF voucher. The arrival or pickup time is shown alongside.

What to show

Some activities scan a QR code at entry; others don't ask for one. Your QR code is on the booking page and in the PDF voucher, so it's ready when you need it.

What to bring

What to bring depends on the activity. Your booking page and the activity page list what you'll need.

Contacting the operator

The operator's phone number is on the booking page and in the PDF voucher. If you need to reach them on the day, like running late or not finding the meeting point, call directly.

Have the number handy

Save the operator's number before you head out, so it's ready if you need it on the day.

What if I lose access to my QR code?
Your QR code is in your PDF voucher and on your booking page on Turinity, so you can pull it up from either place. Either one is fine for entry if your activity scans a code.
What if I am running late?
Call the operator directly. The phone number is on your booking page and in the PDF voucher.
What if I can't find the meeting point?
Open your booking on Turinity or the PDF voucher. The meeting point address is in both places. If you are already there and can't see the operator, call the number on the booking.
Does my booking include pickup, or do I need to make my own way?
It depends on the activity. If pickup is included, your booking shows the pickup point and pickup time. If not, the booking shows the meeting point where the activity starts.
