How payment works

You pay for your activity when you complete your booking on Turinity. Once the payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation with all the details of your booking.

How you can pay

Turinity accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Choose whichever you prefer at checkout.

Paying in full or leaving a deposit

What you pay when you book depends on the activity. For some, you pay the full price up front. For others, you pay a deposit now and the balance later. You'll see which applies, and the exact amounts, before you confirm.

If you leave a deposit

The deposit secures your booking. You pay the remaining balance to the operator in person, on the day of the activity. Cancel within your window and the deposit is refunded. See How to cancel a booking.

Choosing your currency

You can choose the currency you want to use on Turinity. There's a large list of currencies available, and you'll see prices and pay in the one you choose.

For some activities you pay only part of the price on Turinity to confirm the booking. The rest is paid directly to the operator in person, on the day of the activity. Whether your activity uses a deposit, and the exact amounts, are shown before you confirm.

Will I see the exact amounts before I confirm?

Yes. The full price, the deposit if there is one, the balance due to the operator, and the currency all appear before you confirm your booking.
